Spent my Easter break at a traditional onsen ryokan surrounded by the peace and quiet of nature. the meals served were delicious and the staff were courteous and hospitable. They provided transportation to and from the nearest bus station, making it convenient for us to get around. the rooms were neat and tidy, creating a comfortable environment to relax in.
Communication with the staff was a problem as there were language barriers. It was difficult to express our needs and queries as they rarely spoke English.

The environment was peaceful and calm. The hospitality of the staff was great, and they served us delicious food. the transportation provided to and from the nearby bus station was very convenient.
It was difficult to communicate with the staff as they didn't speak much English. , there was no wifi in the room which made it challenging to stay connected.

The surroundings of this onsen ryokan are beautiful and serene, really tranquil. My room was super clean with excellent service, and the staff was friendly and helpful despite their limited English. the meals were mouth-watering, and there was plenty to choose from. I was pleased to find that transportation to and from the bus station was provided. I had a great time in the baths and enjoyed the outdoor hot spring.
I did notice that the WiFi was only accessible in certain areas of the hotel; this was a little frustrating, but the overall quality of the hotel experience more than made up for it.
